INDOOR POOL WITH OZONE-THERAPY HEATED TO 34°
Indoor pool heated with a water temperature of 34° which integrates an ozone treatment system.
The ozone-therapy provides beneficial effects on disinfection thanks to its antimicrobial and antifungal properties, stimulates microcirculation and improves tissue oxygenation.

FINNISH SAUNA 90°
The Finnish sauna features a temperature reaching 90° C, enabling copious skin transpiration, while the humidity does not exceed 10%-20%. Eucalyptus balsamic essential oil is added to the water for its fragrance and healing and energizing properties.
Advice:sauna is ideal for those suffering from rheumatism or muscle spasms and highly recommended before performing sports massages.
It is advisable to use the sauna without wearing a bathing suit, while a towel to cover up private parts is preferable.
Jewelry, watches and metal items should be removed before entering the sauna.

STEAM BATH 45°
The Steam Bath environment is saturated with increasing levels of water vapor (humidity at 100%), forming a mist at a stratified temperature varying between 20° -25° C at the level of the feet and 45° C at the height of the head which, settling on the skin, opens naturally the pores, promotes transpiration and restore tone.
It is ideal to relieve respiratory symptoms, improve Deep skin cleansing and detox effects, reduce tension and stress and encourages relaxation.
Full nudity is not allowed; it is recommended to use the steam bath without wearing a bathing suit, while a towel to cover up private parts is preferable. Jewelry, watches and metal items should be removed before entering the steam bath.
