Meetings & Events
Yes. A.Roma Lifestyle Hotel is designed to host conferences, corporate meetings, conventions and MICE events in Rome, combining a dedicated conference centre with the services of a 4-star hotel. The Meeting Centre features 19 meeting rooms, 11 with natural daylight, fast Wi-Fi and advanced audiovisual technology, allowing organisers to manage different event formats within the same venue. With 276 rooms and suites, restaurants, bars, wellness facilities and extensive indoor and outdoor spaces, A.Roma is particularly suited to residential conferences and multi-day corporate events where accommodation, meetings, networking and hospitality need to be managed in one location.
The A.Roma Lifestyle Hotel Meeting Centre offers 19 meeting rooms, including 11 rooms with natural light. The conference facilities feature fast Wi-Fi, state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment, 19 screens and an integrated automation system that can coordinate the technology across the different spaces. The main conference areas include a 12-metre-wide LED wall as well as two additional large LED walls in the plenary rooms. Different rooms can accommodate presentations, meetings, workshops and larger conferences, while their configurations allow organisers to create separate plenary, breakout and working areas within the same conference centre.
Yes. A.Roma Lifestyle Hotel offers technology specifically designed for hybrid and digital events. The Bacco-Terra room can be configured as a control room with conference-system technology, an interactive digital platform, professional PTZ camera, microphones, digital flipchart and dedicated solutions for hybrid and streaming events. Other meeting spaces feature large LED walls, monitors, professional audio systems and integrated controls. This technological infrastructure makes the hotel suitable for international conferences, corporate presentations and events that need to connect participants attending in Rome with speakers or audiences joining remotely.
Yes. A.Roma Lifestyle Hotel is particularly suited to residential meetings because conference facilities, accommodation, dining and leisure services are available within the same property. The hotel has 276 rooms and suites, while its 19-room Meeting Centre allows companies to combine plenary sessions with smaller meetings, workshops and breakout activities. Between business sessions, programmes can incorporate restaurants, bars, outdoor spaces and the hotel’s leisure facilities. This makes it possible to create a complete multi-day MICE programme in Rome without participants having to move continuously between separate hotels, meeting venues and hospitality locations.
A.Roma Lifestyle Hotel is located in the Valle dei Casali, a green area of Rome close to the historic Villa Pamphili park and approximately 15 minutes from Rome’s historic centre and Vatican City. Its location offers MICE groups an unusual combination: proximity to the city’s main attractions together with the quieter environment of an urban resort surrounded by greenery. This makes A.Roma particularly interesting for companies and international groups that want to combine a conference or corporate event with the experience of Rome, while maintaining a dedicated environment for meetings, networking, accommodation and relaxation away from the busiest areas of the city.
Yes. A corporate event at A.Roma can extend beyond the meeting rooms and include dining, receptions and networking experiences in different areas of the hotel. Its restaurants and bars can complement the conference programme, while terraces, the park setting and the outdoor pool area provide additional possibilities for informal gatherings and evening events. The property already uses these spaces for highly customisable events, with indoor and outdoor settings and culinary proposals combining Italian tradition with international influences. This allows meeting planners to create a programme in which conferences, coffee breaks, business dinners and social moments form part of the same MICE experience in Rome.
Yes. In addition to the hotel’s conference and event spaces, A.Roma Lifestyle Hotel works in synergy with nearby Tenuta Villa York, a historic 17th-century estate located just a few minutes away in the Valle dei Casali. The two venues offer complementary settings: A.Roma provides modern conference facilities, accommodation and hospitality, while Tenuta Villa York adds gardens and historic outdoor spaces suitable for corporate gatherings and special events surrounded by nature. This combination allows organisers to plan, for example, meetings and conferences at the hotel followed by an outdoor reception, gala event or corporate experience at the estate, while maintaining a coordinated hospitality concept.
