A complete experience of wine, spa, and fine dining
James Wilson
Booked a weekend here and came away wishing we’d stayed longer. Monferrato turned out to be a great spot for exploring the Langhe and Asti, and it’s no hassle from Milan.
The spa was the standout for us — heated pool, a sauna with an actual view, and quiet the whole time. Dinner at Locanda Sant’Uffizio was the kind you remember, very Piedmontese but not stuck in the past. We also did a Barbera tasting down in the cellar, which was a nice way to round off the experience.
A must for spa lovers

If the spa is what you’re here for, you won’t be disappointed. Aquanatura is big, nicely done, and the views over the hills are something else.
