Weddings

If you wish to make your wedding in Piedmont unique, special and memorable, Relais Sant’Uffizio is the place to turn your dream into reality.
Let yourself be won over by the enchantment of this marvellous residence set amidst the Langhe-Monferrato hills and fragrant Barbera vineyards.
Elegant ceremony rooms, spacious gardens and the exclusive care of impeccable service create the perfect setting for a wedding reception your guests will never forget.
At the Relais Sant’Uffizio you can choose to celebrate your big day with a romantic ceremony in the park, immersed in an authentic rural setting as far as the eye can see, or in the charming deconsecrated chapel, once a place of prayer for the monks who owned the estate.
The Relais Sant’Uffizio can host large receptions for up to 170 people or more intimate ceremonies, with customisable spaces and arrangements that can easily be adapted to all kinds of needs: a cocktail by the pool can be followed by a dinner served in the refined ‘Glicine’ room and an evocative cake cutting ceremony in the romantic Italianate garden.

Celebration with civil rite

A unique mix of legend, nature and the charm of a centuries-old history, the Relais Sant’Uffizio is an enchanting location for a dream wedding, whether celebrated in the refined rooms of the relais or outside, in the shade of wisteria, in the elegant Italianate garden surrounded by vineyards.
Today, thanks to a resolution of the Municipality of Penango, the Relais Sant’Uffizio is authorised to broaden its offer of excellent services reserved for newlyweds: it has become a “Casa Comunale” authorised to celebrate weddings with an official civil rite in the presence of the Mayor.
The enchanting private deconsecrated chapel in the property – with capacity for up to 13 people – was once a country church where the monks of the monastery and the farmers of the area celebrated their services and gathered in prayer, and today it provides an intimate and exclusive atmosphere for an unforgettable wedding.
